  • I've been coming here off and on pretty much since the place opened, but took a break of about a year. Recently, however, I'm not sure if I can still think of it as 4-star, because of the inconsistency that appears to have woefully only happened to me based on these reviews. The last burger I ordered looked and smelled wonderful until I picked it up and so much rocket sauce ran out that I considered hooking up my pool draining equipment to siphon some of it out. Rather overpowering. After scraping some off, I took a bite and holy black pepper! It was like an employee played a prank and unscrewed the top of the pepper shaker and instead of making a new burger thought "eh, they might like coughing and gasping for breath while army-crawling to the sink for water". After shoveling off the pepper, I enjoyed the burger. They have great buns and I know great buns, because I do daily squat thrusts. Well, aside from the fact that half of the burger was medium-rareish (I like) and the other half well-done (nooo!). Not sure how that was managed. Fries: completely inedible. The oil was obviously not hot enough. The only texture was soggy followed by waves of oil coating my mouth. I'll keep occasionally going there, but probably never at nights again. The kitchen staff looked rather young. I recall that I used to stop by on school day afternoons, back when I would have easily given this pace 4-stars.
