  • We had THT remove existing tile and replace it with a high end vinyl product. Their professionalism and ethics are lacking. They use my tools without asking. Tools from my garage and back laundry room can not be found. The training was done with untrained installers, who were being trained on my floor installation. The "dustless" tile removal was not dustless and we had to hire a cleaning staff to clean the excess dust. The flooring, final product, was not like the quality of floors shown us, and THT refuses to fix any of the defects. They instead told us how we could repair it ourselves. The job which was to take less than 3 weeks took the 4 months! Furnture, etc. could not be put back till the job was "complete". I would not ever use them again, nor would I ever recommend them.
