  • I used to come here for every oil change service....not anymore. Just today I went for a service and witnessed absolutely horrible customer service. Usually as soon as i pull up someone comes to see what I need. Today they just stared at me from inside the bay like I was a strange animal they've never seen before. I then went inside to find out how long it would be for an oil change....two different times an employee rang someone up, opened the door for them, then went into the bay to talk to someone. One time they even went so far as to turn, look at me, then turn around and keep talking. 20 minutes in total I spent just waiting to actually talk to someone before I realized I could get a subpar oil change anywhere. So, if you're in the mood for overpriced service with a constant upsale and complete lack of customer service please check this place out.
