  • Delicious!!! Came here for sister's birthday dinner following a relaxing spa treatment. We ate salads, soups, desserts and main courses which we all thoroughly enjoyed...our friend, married to a gentleman from France, gave her stamp of approval, so we knew it had to be quite good! Some noteable items: the frisée/kale salad with bacon, topped with a perfectly poached egg, was seasoned to perfection. I didn't want the salad to end. The fries were like big potato shavings, fried to a delightful crisp with the right amount of salt. I could not stop eating them...and poached some from a friend's plate even after the meal was through. The French onion soup: divine, with caramelized onions melting in your mouth, rich, savory flavor, with gooey melted cheese......yum!!! Quite perfect for a fall evening. Our waiter was so attentive and kind. He selected a few desserts for my sister's bday treat--white chocolate bread pudding with butterscotch sauce and vanilla ice cream, lemon tart with sour cream ice cream...mmmm mmmmm. He and the desserts also get 5 stars! What way to finish the meal and slip into a food coma!
