  • I had what I considered a warranty issue with a New Bug. Well at 15 months Greenbelts service department definitely did not stand behind me and so I was sacked with a 2000$ bill for something that should have been fixed by Volkswagen warranty. So much for powertrain warranties meaning anything. I still drive the Bug but that was my last trip to Greenbelt. This car has been bug ridden and has been FAR from trouble free. It will be my last VW. I am completely not impressed with VW Canada in general, and Greenbelt for not standing up to them for a customer.
