  • So... Im a HUGE Starbucks fan. Literally go to one at least once a day. This visit was just sad. The staff was very friendly but didnt know how to make the coffee or it was just not fresh at all. I asked for more coffee because it was all creamer. Nelson turns around and pours the coffee in... Making it over flow and then he just put the lid on it and gave it to me with coffee spilt on the rim & sides. Sigh. At least he acknowledge how aweful it was and apologized! Coffee itself was disgusting, you could taste it was done wrong or it is just old old old. So I end up not drinking my Trenta Iced Coffee which by the way was OVER PRICED. It usually is around $4 but this was $7.30! Holy moly! So when I got my horrible drink, very disappointed when its not done right AT ALL. I gave 2 stars for the staff and cleanliness. Tip: avoid at all cost!
