  • Awful customer service and job quality. I went to the shop to have my windshield replaced and I heard an air leak as I was driving away. I called and was told to wait a week for the glue to set so they could fix it. I called to set an appointment for them to come out and fix it a week later. They did no call no show for 2 weeks with each rescheduled appointment almost every day. When the tech finally came out, he couldn't find the air leak with the soap water and stated he would put in the work order for a replacement. When I called because they never called me as they were supposed to, the rep stated that since they didn't find an air leak-there is no air leak and try tried to blame the sound on other things. After a heated argument, they sent a tech out with a new windshield. When he cut out the windshield, there was an area on the side where the windshield was not bonded to the glue. My windshield was finally fixed after 4 weeks! This place is highly unprofessional and the experience was a nightmare.
