Dear Chapman Chevrolet,
I am a long standing customer having purchased 3 vehicles from you in the past 10 years and today you lost my business. I purchased a vehicle from you just 6 months ago and today my check engine light came on. I went to O'Reilly Auto Parts and they ran my car for codes. I immediately called your service department and spoke to a very rude woman that failed to stay quiet long enough for me to finish explaining my situation. She abruptly told me that the service department until Monday and I needed to schedule online. I again explained that I only have the one vehicle and I needed to know if this type of work would be covered by the warranty and if not what it would cost. She again stated I needed to schedule on line and hung up. I also turned to the online chat on the Chapman website where I was told I would get a call back with an answer to my question.
So as I see it one star is the only rating I can give but it is still too high. I am very disappointed with this situation and will be finding a new place to purchase and service my vehicles.
