| - Worst experience with a dry cleaning business EVER. My item showed zero improvement, so I was told it would be "cleaned" a second time. I was never contacted to return for my item, I went in to inquire, and the worker had zero clue what she was talking about, saying it had a new ticket and would return the following day, but told me they would contact me in two days. A week later I stopped in, Again, since I was never contacted, for the second time. This worker said that "they no longer had my item" yet I could see it hanging on the rack. I pointed it out, and only to find it had Never been re-cleaned. It did Not have a new ticket as I had been previously told, and now my $200 coat now has 4 noticeable snags on the front! I was contacted by the owner in regards to my concerns, and a heated disagreement took place which involved him stating that his business was not responsible for the damage done to my coat! Nor was there an immediate apology for the lack of professionalism with multiple workers. I had to ask for my own refund, which was given to me, along with a type up explaining how dry cleaning works; as if I'm an idiot. Insulting! Never does dry cleaning mean poor business practices, damaged/lost/misplaced items and having to ask for an apology for being poorly treated. Good luck!!
