  • This review is about my phone customer service experience here. After my favorite instructor left another Cycle studio I called here to get some info about their facility and classes/ class schedules. I spoke to Mark who said he was one of the owners. What a nice guy! Seriously, he was very patient and answered all my questions about instructors, class schedules, class packs down to what kind of cleats to choose for new cycle shoes. If someone like this is running/ owning this place that speaks volumes about what kind of service you'll get once you actually get there. I look forward to taking a class there soon. I will update when I do.
