  • They make some of the best waffle cones (light and crunchy not dense and chewy) and their peanut butter ice cream is a favorite of mine. In fact, I'd say it's one of the reasons I keep coming back. Their butterscotch flavor is pretty killer too.. I've been coming to Elizabeth Creamery for years (back when were in their old location next to Customshop). They were closed for awhile for the renovations to the point I was concerned they would not re-open. Fortunately, there they are, right around the corner from Carpe Diem. I can once again get my PB ice cream fix! Since the place is smaller, they don't have as many flavors out in the display coolers as the old location, but they always seem to have a tub of PB ice cream in the back when I ask for it.
