  • You're downtown, the temperature is dropping to like negative 1,000, but that alcohol you consumed at that one bar is keeping you somewhat warm. You're on a trek to find something to coat your stomach, yet everything is closed or has stopped serving food. In the midst of your crisis, you are told by your friends that through the grapevine, or yelp for that matter, they heard Tornado Steakhouse serves a late night menu. And a great one at that. There's something life changing about eating a perfectly grilled sirloin steak at 12am. Especially when it's in a restaurant designed to a tee in the antiquity of days now long ago. The lights are dim, and the mood warm and intimate. It's perfect for a date, as long as they're paying. This restaurant is a little pricey, but it's very understandable as they serve some quality food. Their frog legs are sauteed in some delectable brandy, garlic and honey. The french onion soup I could eat for days. And, for the price, you get a humongous portion when you order an entree. I found the bill more than fair. Not only is the food great, the service is equally excellent. All of the waitstaff work so well as a team. Everything is done in an uniform motion, but with grace.
