  • I had the need to get to a service department ASAP with my Honda Civic as it was making a noise on the 202 that I couldn't describe. The nearest place for me to go was Brent Berge's Riverview Toyota. Vince Medina came to my rescue. He came out and we took a drive and he heard the noise. He said it sounded like it was underneath and had it looked at and it was determined that the metal splash guard underneath had been damaged and the back of the guard was coming loose. They took the guard off and told me it was safe to drive but I would need to get the part from Honda as they had the piece that would fit and not to wait too long. I was so appreciative of them taking the time to do this on a car that was not purchased or even the same make and in such a timely manner. Needless to say, I was relieved it was nothing more serious and thankful that Vince took the time to have this taken care of. Truly, a very nice guy!
