  • Getting someone to answer the phone seems like forever. I called bc if a reservation I had made with them and the agent on the phone was chewing on food while he was talking. I asked if he could confirm my reservation and he was so unprofessional his vocabulary was "naw, it's all good". I asked if he needed my details and he said "nope". I can see why this location has such low reviews.
