  • I booked an appointment with this spa for the first time last week and was very worried because I ended up reading reviews right before I went in. I even hessitated showing up to my appointment... A few things, the staff is very friendly and professional and yes the girls look like Barbies which is the way they should look in any place that focuses on beauty. I feel better going into a place where the staff looks good, with flawless skin, and nice natural looking makeup. What's wrong with that? As far as the consultation someone mentioned above, so what? Yes they do sit you down and go over some recommendations and I was happy to learn about things that can improve my skin. In fact some of the things I had inquired about, I was told I don't need. They were not trying to sell me on things that did not feel was a good fit for me. The lady (I forgot her name now, Natalie maybe) that sat down with me and even complemented my skin and makeup. When you buy vouchers from places like Groupon (which I did not do, I bought different services), you are paying fraction of the price and of course the business will try to upsell you. Most business make no money and even lose money when they run such deals and use it to attract customers so they can offer their services at full price. You should really take that into consideration any time you buy such a deal. No business runs by offering things dirt cheap to be "nice". Personally I am happy to learn about all the services they offer (and I can decide to use them or not), nothing wrong with that, its a good marketing strategy. Anyway, everything worked out for me and I was very happy with my services (I purchased a few different things and got a free microdermabration as a bonus). I am happy to go back. PS I rarely write reviews, but really felt the need here to boost this businesses rep up because it does not deserve such harsh reviews. However, this was my own experience. Give it a try.
