Saw this place while walking on Queen Street and right off the bat was intrigued since they had a TV hooked up to the front of the store that you could see nitrogen ice cream being made from across the street. Since it was their soft opening, it was not busy at all. I had their mango special that had the nitrogen ice cream like dip and dots with pudding and mango chunks and my friend had their regular matcha nitrogen ice cream. The concept of nitrogen ice cream is great as it stays cold longer and is just a cool thing to see in general. Their portions are big for the price ($6.50 with taxes), though the texture of the ice cream is similar to the Thai ice rolls but the quality of their ingredients is better than the Thai ice rolls I've had at QQ (in Scarborough). The mangos were fresh and sweet (though I wasn't a big fan of the pudding as it was a little hard) but the matcha is a definite must try. High quality matcha and they use a lot of it too. Would definitely come back for their nitrogen bits with Cheetos on top. You can blow out the air and would make for a great Boomerang for Instagram!
