  • After visiting another boot camp in Scottsdale ( see my review for Ultimate Body Boot Camp.) I was a little skeptical to try another boot camp class. A classmate from Ultimate recommended Amenzone to me. She and I took the M- W- F class at 6:15 pm. When we walked into the facility we discussed some of our past injuries with the instructor. There were 2 instructors in our class. One led the class while the other one walked around helping participants with their form etc.. He also showed us alternate exercises to accommodate our injuries that we had mentioned to him earlier. He specifically walked up to me and discretely asked me how I was doing. We did have some children in our class. They blended in and behaved well . I thought that was really cool. They pretty much did the same routine we did. The class is an excellent workout. I felt like I got so much stronger in the 4 weeks I attended. A good balance of cardio and strength training. I love the energy in this class. I would highly recommend it to everyone.
