  • i have always wanted to try Nobu and finally went! and it was worth the wait let me tell you! We went for my Bday and did not have a reservation. We got there pretty early around 5ish so they were able to sit us without a res. Our Waiter Jeffrey was on point. Best service. He recommended we start with the Yellowtail Sashimi with jalapeno. It was melt in my mouth amazing. i could live off the dish for the rest of my life. LOL. It was yellowtail with the right amount of sweetness and spice. We also got the cucumber salad which was pretty good. A lot of the vinegar did go to the bottom of the bowl which made it hard to coat your salad but It was still good. We also had a sear salmon sashimi which I do not remember the name that was excellent. We got spicy edamame, Beef Kushiyaki, the Black Cod with Miso and the Wagyu Beef Gyoza. The Cod was really good and highly recommended. The Wagyu beef was great with two dipping sauces. We literally could have kept ordering food. We had a couple of nice cocktails as well. After dinner they brought us out a plate with Happy Birthday with a choc cake and green icecream. We also ordered the Whiskey Moose. Both desserts were to die for and I was in Heaven. What a fun place to go. You have people dressed to the max, casual people, people from all over the world that come and eat here. Come chow down some amazing eats, listen to some funky music and watch the beautiful people. Yes please!
