  • Winter skate rink pop-up is a joke. This operation is poorly managed and is NOT young kid-friendly. After paying $29 for the two of us to skate on cheap skates, my 5 y/o first-timer and I were approached multiple times by the ice attendant as he wanted to move us along, at one time saying he would "help" her off the ice which we hadn't requested. I asked him to leave us alone 3 times before a talk with the manager (who was reasonable and seems to have gotten the attendant to cease harassing us). This is a skating rink next to Santa so the majority of the skaters were young wobbly kids; this sort of in-your-face approach didn't make sense. They also sold us a ticket for a 2 y/o yet didn't have skates this size (although they assured us they did).
