  • I like being able to talk with PEOPLE who know about the products being sold. Best Buy has become my Go-To source for many things. Home Depot and Lowes often offer little to no help. (Even if a person shows up at HD or L, that person usually knows little about the products. First, Best Buy helped me "cut the cable cord" when a nice rep walked me though setting up an antenna and streaming device. I was so please with that transaction, that I went back to Best Buy when it was time for a Washer & Dryer. Again, I was treated to a knowledgeable person who could answer all sorts about the products. Really like this store!!
