| - Let me begin with 2 stars is being GENEROUS, after the ball-dropping-runaround I've gotten in the last month! The 2nd star is largely due to the young lady working with the first attorney.
What should have been simple has devolved into a 2 year nightmare. I, like numerous others (I tragically was unaware of), have been given the costly Pew Law Firm Duck & Dodge! In the last 3.5 weeks I've been told my attorney left the firm (yet his VM is still up & running), I've been told some nonsense about my case being dismissed because I hadn't called them (why would I since we're 2 years in and I'm making my Chp 13 payments), another attorney emails and calls and says hey don't worry that wasn't the situation at all & we'll get this taken care of, fast forward I call and inform them that the chapter 13 trustee dismissed the case because my attorney never confirmed the plan. Turns out none of my creditors have been paid??????? WHAT?
Yes, all of that money has just been in a holding pattern WAITING for action. All the while ZERO response or communication from my so called attorney. Four emails, 10 phone calls, multiple voicemails....
As of today customer service, common courtesy, and human kindness are ALL lacking! Pew Law firm, Stuart Peterson (last communication March 2015), D. Brock Best, and Lawrence Pew (inability to maintain a standard of excellence) have all earned 2 thumbs down!
Do I have to find an attorney to fight an attorney?
