  • I got an industrial piercing at another piercing spot and the girl put it in incredibly wrong. I went to HTC to ask them if there was any way I could save it and unfortunately there wasn't. They removed it for me and were so nice and helpful that I decided to go back to them to pierce my other ear. They did such an awesome job! They are so professional and helpful, I recommend them to everybody.
