  • I first reached out to Rob to obtain private health insurance but he never returned my call. Days later I called again and was able to reach him. We spoke for a few minutes, I expressed I was ready to purchase a plan immediately. We set an appointment for the following day but he was a no show. Five days later and I still haven't heard back from him nor has he reached out to even apologize for failing to make our appointment or wasting my time.
