  • I'm actually very disappointed with this store & I usually won't waste my time to write something negative but only send out love for those stores that deserve it. I usually don't come to Apple but because my warranty requires I get a Apple bar specialist I figured I would just come here. I planned on spending quite a bit of money since my Barclays card was offering a promo. However now I know why because nobody wants to shop anymore at Apple store. So after I leave here with my Genius Bar receipt. I'm headed over to Best Buy where o can get someone who actually enjoys their job not to cocky and willing to help and not pass you around. Really annoying!!! Came for my sons phone but this is stupid! I told them I would schedule an appointment and come back another day but the guys said oh 15 minutes. Well 30 minutes later now I'm leaving! I will book it online and go to Best Buy to purchase my Apple product or my cell phone carrier. It's worth it more than this wait and rude employees.... the door guy was awesome but that was about it.
