  • I did not feel comfortable purchasing my glasses from this location. The entire place reeked of body odor and nobody seemed to have answers to my questions. I wasn't asking about anything off the wall, just what options I could add and what it would cost me with my insurance. I had to tel them what my insurance covered. I went elsewhere. The Mentor location is a different story. Very knowledgable and friendly staff!
