  • The staff were accommodating and friendly. It was packed and there is a 45 minute wait. I had the short ribs which were dry rubbed and fell off the bone. Ditch the side sauce you don't need it. They were smoked properly. My friends had the tomahawk pork chops which they say were delicious. The three stars are for the wait not the quality of the food.
