  • The insurance company sent out Emergency Restoration, also called SOS, also called Response Team One on their paperwork. When I would not give them permission to start without knowing what the insurance coverage would be, if any, and I would not promise them the rest of the job, the process seem to stall. I called the insurance company and they told me that Emergency Restoration said that I would not work with them though the latter denied this. This set in motion the insurance company sending out their adjuster who seemed very harsh and denied coverage. I would not let this company into my home again.
