  • This is the worst service I have ever received at a dentist office. Prior to coming in I was skeptical because the receptionist on the phone was extremely rude. She questioned me as if I was incompetent. I major in healthcare and know the information that is supposed to be asked when requesting insurance information. She questioned how did I afford the type of insurance I while in school and other irrelevant things. So finally after playing 21 questions with the lady on the phone I had made my appointment. I come into the office the next day and no one greeted me. I had to step to the desk to receive some attention. They handed me some paper work and I filled it out. After filling out the paper I returned to the desk and the receptionist says I don't have dental insurance. MY MEDICAL CARD HAS DENTAL COVERAGE! I tell her there must be a mistake and they should attempt to call again. The receptionist does not want to and is basically asking me to leave. I remained calm and simply asked for her to return my paperwork because it had sensitive information on it. She would not return my paperwork because of "protocol". Long story short do not use this organization because they lack respect and customer service.
