If I could give 0 stars I would. I contacted Tempe St. Luke's Business Department (602) 797-7300. Spoke to Yesenda and co-worker who refused to give her name. I have never been spoken to so disrespectfully in my entire life. There was no customer service. They gave me wrong information in regards to my account. This hospital should be ashamed of itself. Needs detrimental improvements in their hiring policies.
