Well it started out with the store manager stating that the manufacturer of the car recommended synthetic oil, which cost more of course. That was a flat out lie. Then, can you believe an oil change and a lube took an hour and that was with an appointment. Eek! is right! I did see during the last 15 minutes how the guy working on it was just taking his time, moving as slow as possible, and that was when he didn't just stop to talk to one or both of his coworkers who were hanging around off and on. Well it's all over, and then there is the store manager again. A car with 50,000 miles and this fluid and that fluid is dirty. LOL...never heard that one before even about my older cars. Then there was supposedly some seepage with some crazy name apparatus under the driver's side. No, I don't need to see it. Ford just went over this car from top to bottom recently. Worse of all. He's recommending some issues that might or might need to be done but he wouldn't give me the inspection report or a copy of it. Never heard of that either. All my life if a place says you need some work they give you a copy of those problems along with estimates. Guess this guy didn't want the "evidence" of whatever they were up to out there. I can see how stupid people would fall for a couple of nice, young men with great smiles. Oh, and let's not forget how they took the money before the car was actually done and without putting a key in my hand like any normal auto place. Well I went down there because of the high Yelp rating; maybe this will save some other sheep from being shorn and having their time wasted. No wonder it's so hard to find the right people when you move to a new city.
