  • I recently went to Kohl's to make an exchange and the lady who was at the Customer Service Desk was VERY VERY RUDE. The exchange went smoothly but she TOLD me to sit down till my daughter came back with an exchange even tough there wasn't anyone on line. But the worse thing that happened was I politely asked the woman if she had any scratch off coupon and she screamed to me NO NOT AT THIS TIME. I immediately asked her if the cashiers had any scratch off coupons and she immediately SCREAMED I TOLD YOU NO. I should have asked to talk to a Manager but I was taken back by the rudeness. I also never judge on how old people are that work but this woman was much too old to be working.
