  • First time back in a couple of months. I didn't realize ownership had changed until I pulled up. Menu is still the same (which is awesome), but I ordered two items "to go" which is my normal M.O. and when I got home to eat my shaved delights, that's when I found the difference in ownership. Barely any shaved ice in either of my orders! Wow, I felt totally cheated. When I used to order from Snowflake, they would pile on the shaved ice and all the toppings. I swear it would last me through 3 sittings! This time I had plenty of toppings and barely any shaved ice! I think they need to master their technique of portion/balance. So sad
