  • Definitely a decent place to stay while in Phoenix. Easy access and across the street from the lightrail. The area appears to be "under transition," but i never felt unsafe. The parking lot is a little odd to enter into (without going the wrong direction) per the directions on the GPS. However, the place was nice, breakfast was hot and plentiful, clean, bed was comfy, air conditioner worked great, and I would not hesitate to stay here again. Reasonable price.
