  • More disappointing than amazing. Greeted at front by girl #1, told to sit anywhere. I asked if they had indoor seating. She said she didn't know if it was open - blank stare. I asked if she would check and she disappeared. Girl #2, bartender, yelled for me to sit anywhere I wanted. Couldn't hear her because music was loud. I explained that I'd prefer to eat inside.This went back and forth. Almost just left. She said it was a really nice night. UGH! I want to eat inside. Girl #3 said I could sit anywhere, I said I want to eat indoors, she said fine and took me to a table. Waiter was very friendly, nice and we discussed our favorite burgers around town. He said I was about to have one of the best burgers ever. He was wrong. Had the bacon cheddar burger, rare and the Trio of fried pickle chips, fries and onion strings. Burger looked great, tasted very good but a few problems. Patty was rare as ordered but also cold in middle which equals muted flavors and not juicy. Bun was a bit gummy on outside(under-baked?), under toasted and became very thin and smashed while eating. Didn't fall apart, but felt like I had to race it to end. Waiter said food was better when the executive chef was in. Too bad he wasn't . Trio was lame, could have come from any deep frier along any interstate. Pickle chips were something salty in a heavy batter. Onion strings were bland, could have been cardboard. Fries were no better. All served with a small ramikin of thing ranch like dressing.
