rev:text	This is a gem of a clinic! Do not be dissuaded by the location in a very busy part of town. These folks run a clean and welcoming office staffed by courteous and genuine people. Dr. Gill was so warm towards me even though I explained I wasn't there to find a new dentist, but rather to consult on a procedure my current primary dentist would like me to go through. Though I felt pretty weird about telling him initially that I basically wouldn't be following up long term with him probably, he treated me just as respectfully as any other patient. That in and of itself was enough for me to start considering following up with him instead. One thing I always look for when in a situation such as this would be a different doctor trying to undercut my current doctor's protocol as this has happened before when getting second opinions for medical issues. Dr. Gill never said a bad word about my doctor or her practice. He simply presented me with different solutions and their respective benefits and disadvantages. He explained everything extremely thoroughly and clearly and without a hint of condescension. Even when it came to considering payment for potential expensive procedures down the road, Dr. Gill was as straight forward as he could be in giving me a few estimates. What I most appreciated in that process though was his lack of judgement with my asking, and trying to be considerate to my financial situation. The receptionist Caroline (sp?) was also so incredibly lovely. She was patient with me and made sure I knew to get in touch if I felt like I needed any further information. It really did seem as though she cared that I had all of the proper information to make as informed a decision as I could, which is something I value greatly in medical services. Anyways, I am now struggling with the decision to keep my original wonderful dentist and switching to City Dental. Thats how great they are! I have dealt with health issues since childhood which can lead me to be fairly picky when it comes to health practitioners. This clinic really surprised me with how great I felt when I left. I will be highly recommending them to everyone!
