  • Just found out that the Dwell Apartment Homes (Scottsdale Rd. & McDowell NW Corner behind LA Fitness & Chapman Ford) has new owners, so bye-bye Trinity properties & thank goodness! The new company that has taken over is Allison-Shelton. The new property manager Annette is sadly very rude and not professional at all and the assistant manager Anne is still in the office, she is also rude, non-professional/non-customer service oriented...the type of people that are quick to bite your head off (she and Annette are two peas in a pod).....so far I am very disappointed, however Annette and Anne will follow right along in the footsteps of Trinity with a continuum of inappropriate and destructive management style. The pattern continues.......
