Booked 4 nights. I had to check out early. Only one front desk agent at night. Took me 30-40 minutes to check in. While waiting, the girl at the counter was going on a rant about 3rd party agencies, like orbitz, overbooking the hotel.
Next morning i asked for towels and was told I had to carry my dirty towels across the hotels (literally) for clean ones. Woke up the next day with a note on the door across from me asking for maintenance. I couldn't figure out why until that night when my ac was not working. I called again and again with no answer at the front desk so I went to the lobby and waited 25 minutes for a girl, lisa, to show. She complained about being alone and having to wash all the towels. Said she would come at 10:30 when the next shift arrived. I called at 10:45 and she said the night shift person goes to school and was running late. She showed at my door just before 11. Came in and tore the ac up & left it uncovered and plugged it. Took one filter with her because she wanted to "show the staff how dirty it was". Left all pieces on floor. Well, in the middle of the night, the ac kicked on and covered me with black nasty pieces. I freaked and pray nothing went into my mouth. I check out early. Totally ruined my trip.
