rev:text	I went to my local branch and they were unable to help me, I set up an appointment at 2:30 P.M. and they make me wait for almost and hour. Moreover, when the banker notice that the lobby was full be cause she was behind with appointments they just give me the excuse the the system for credit cards was down after I was waiting for an hour they said that. Worst experience, worst branch. All my experiences with other banks have been very good, but not with Local branch.
