rev:text	Horrible practice. No one returns calls. They do not negotiate monies, they do not return calls or talk to your Doctors. Both Attornies do not call you back. They split with Aaron and Paternoster but failed to tell us until months later. They have kept monies due to doctors and insurance companies and not negotiated with them. They think k they can just do an intepleeder and get rid of you with out negotiations of any type. In fact I found that one of my bills was never negotiated and paid in full and that shocked the insurance company. Steer clear of these idiots. Worst Attornies ever. Oh just a note. Dustin forgets to show up to court and not tell you he didn't go at least 3 times for us. Or file responses in a timely manner. When you ask him about it he never responds. HORRIBLE STAFF too. They have had a revolving door of legal assistants and fail to tell the clients after emails go unanswered for weeks. Now my Surgeons office has to get his Attornies involved because of the non payment and non negotiations; of course Dustin doesn't want to pay the surgeon for his time to negotiate but Dustin failed to negotiate all this time. Went 2 years with out calling the Surgeon after I repeatedly asked them too. I even called Dustin with the Surgeon in my presence. Hmmm. Doesn't the attorney bill for his time? So the Surgeon can't bill for his? I think this law firm has their priorities wrong. They work for me, I don't work for them. The forgot that. What a joke of a law firm. Sorry for the rant, but Paternoster Law SUCKS. And yes I have gone to the Nevads State Bar. I have to rate them at a negative 5 stars.
