  • I would give a ZERO if it was possible. I am a type 1 diabetic, and have lived in Vegas for 30 years. Our insurance changed, so I went in to see Carlo Buena. 2 weeks later, I called to have my prescriptions, insulin, thyroid medication (you know, stuff to LIVE) called in. They called me back and said, "The DR told me to tell you, he won't fill anything until you do Your blood work". I already paid for the physical, it had only been 2 weeks! He was holding my medication to live hostage. Do no harm!!!! I started a new job, which I told them at the visit. I also explained to the scheduler this fact and that I'd be unable to see any Specialists until June, when training was over. I cancelled all 3 Specialist appointments in June because of this! I have not had my thyroid medication and am extremely low on insulin. Do not go to this office, you will NOT receive good care. I will be filing a complaint ASAP.
