I just hung up the phone with Jessica right now & I seriously couldn't be more annoyed with Prestige. I have double Culinary, which means I have $0 copay. My last date of service was in 2014 (I'm horrible about going in to see the dentist) but I recently went 4 months ago to take advantage of the insurance. I was told at check out I had no copay but since then I've received a balance of $30. After speaking to Jessica, which she was polite- she explained that the claim was denied because of how the insurance works...stating I may have had other dental services somewhere else; which I've only been seen there (2014 last time) & that I should call the insurance & fight the claim. I asked her to resubmit the claim & she told me it would only get denied once again. Then why am I gonna submit it myself? I've dealt with Prestige one too many times & I keep going back because I have patience. But every time I'm there, it's either them trying to up sell me, add extra or send me a bill. I told Jessica my family & I literally drive 30 mins to Prestige but at this point it's not even worth it anymore. I asked to cancel my January appointment & purge my account. Prestige lost me & my 5 Family members that go there as patients. Jessica told me, "I'm sorry to hear that." & proceeded in taking my credit card information as well as stating she has successfully inactivated my account & canceled my appointment. Rather than finding any options for me, or trying to keep me & my family as patients- she went for the $30 bucks & said goodbye. This place is just about taking your money rather than providing patient satisfactory. I hardly ever get some time with the doctor. I'm very disappointed with Prestige Dental. I will never be back.
