rev:text	Short version: DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO AUTONATION SUBARU SCOTTSDALE. Long version: Last year I went to buy a vehicle from them, 100% ready to purchase that day. I called prior to going in, confirmed the availability, and arrived about 40 minutes later. Drove the car and while I was on the phone with my lender, I noticed that a porter moved the vehicle and slapped a "sold" sign on the window. I tracked down my salesperson and found out that someone else had taken a deposit on the car the night prior and they screwed up by apparently not telling anyone? Being that I was already there, I was willing to give them another chance when their manager put together another offer to "make up" for their oversight, but the car itself was at another dealership and they'd need to acquire it first. I know dealerships trade inventory from time to time, but I was running out of patience and the offer was mediocre at best. Next day I went to the location that actually had the car and got a substantially better deal and drove home in my new car. Fast forward to a year later, I have the car listed for sale online and get an email that "We are over paying right now for pre owned vehicles" and they'd like to make me a cash offer for my vehicle. Against my better judgement I agree to let them put together an offer, which ends up being less than the lowest value on KBB's spectrum and $2500 less than a local dealership offered me for it just a few days prior. Bottom line, if you want to be low-balled on your trade worse than any other dealership in the valley, AND pay more for your Subaru than you could elsewhere, this is the place for you! If you actually want a good deal, don't even bother giving these clowns the time of day, they'll just waste it.
