  • well I really respected sun devil, until I needed a two minute adjustment on the settings. they told me there would be a trip charge 69.99, I was fine with that.. but there is also an automatic 29.99 shop supply preprinted on the bill and charged on top of the house call..I questioned the charge since they just turned two screws on the opener and they said it is standard, and they did spray my hinge with lubricant. Everyone has to make a buck, but they gouge . I no longer trust them.. and will no longer use or recommend them. I don't mind paying for service, but I hate being deceived and gouged. They are heavy handed with pricing, be scared very scared.. just because you get a quote, does not mean that is the price.
