  • I have went over a month without my TV working. Every time they schedule an appointment they postpone it with the excuse that parts aren't in, however they haven't even been to my house to look at the TV yet. I have already called Panasonic to complain about these guys and hopefully get another repair company. I would avoid this company at all costs.
