| - It was nice hotel, the room was clean and I enjoyed the breakfast, however the customer service was not very professional and the balcony was dirty, full of spider webs.
We arrived late at night (around 2am) and the front desk associate told us that their system is down and they won't be able to give us the room key. However, someone will come with us and open the door for us. We were also promised the room key under our door later at night.
In the morning there was no room key waiting for us, they also forgot about the receipt of our stay (they usually slip it under the door at night).
When we went downstairs to ask about our room key, the attitude was ignorant and unprofessional. No one apologized about it, I think they assumed that we lost the key.
We also requested high floor and extra towels, however we got 2nd floor and only 2 towels. How come? Most hotels provide either 3 or 4 sets of towels, not two. As we arrived late at night, our towels were still wet in the morning, and we could not find housekeeping to get dry towels. I think 3 sets of towels would be much better.
The breakfast was full buffet and very nice. Only their waffles did not seem to be fresh, but otherwise they had plenty of options.
The location was very convenient - close to shops, The Bay, restaurants, Starbucks, etc.
They also have parking that is underground, you can leave your car there until 6pm on your check-out day. The cost for parking was expensive $26 but they had free Wi-Fi for Marriott members.
