  • OH MY GOD. Worst decision I have ever made. I was lured in by the top reviews and decided to give this a try before I fly away on vacay. Like the other low star reviewer, I received the exact same experience. For some reason... the waxer tried to wax me in three giant sections. Anyone who regularly gets waxed knows that you have to follow the direction of the hair. All hair doesn't grow in the same direction. I looked down and my downstairs is lathered in wax... she couldn't pull it off and wasn't able to... so she added more wax... it hurt so much. I had to calm myself down to get through the entire wax. I checked myself out when I got home and had so many broken hairs. The waxer tried to blame me at one point stating it was my fault that I had too much hair and should have trimmed... every waxer I've gone to will trim you slightly to ensure wax doesn't get caught. Never coming back and really do hope others never have this experience... Waxing the City is a million times better... to bad they didn't have appointments available.
