My dad and I liked Mykonos so much after our first visit we went back again a couple of day later. We ordered off the Early Bird menu the first time, which has several entrees that come with soup or salad and are only $9.50. The avgolemono soup was yummy, as was my huge portion of half chicken.
Our second visit, I stuck with appetizers. The tzatziki was so delicious it made a convert out of my Dad, who had never liked it before. The chef told us that's because they make it from yogurt from Greece so it's a high quality, true Greek yogurt. The spanokopita was tasty but the pastry was kind of tough. Maybe it had been microwaved?
The service was excellent and the waitress gave us delicious free Greek butter cookies for dessert. Dad ordered the baklava with the sweet grape sauce on the side. I enjoyed the tiny bite he shared with me.
