  • I had an injury at work and had a few questions. The scale of my injury was small, something that probably didn't warrant an attorney. Based on the reviews I read, I phoned Ms. Crossman to see if she might speak with me about whether I should work with an attorney. Ms. Crossman was generous with her time and the information she provided was extremely helpful. She's really, really sharp. She gave me some tips and confirmed this ultimately wasn't something that would require an attorney. Who does this? I just got sage advice from a seasoned attorney who spent about 10 minutes on the phone with me and didn't send a bill. If I ever had another situation like this at work again (and cross fingers I don't) I'd be phoning Ms. Crossman again. I was very impressed with her down-to-earth, practical approach and her ability to see the proverbial forest despite the trees. Thank you for providing that bit of guidance I needed in my time of need.
