It's been really nice sitting outside here while the weather is still agreeable. I like the overall laid-back atmosphere. The bartenders (or I should say bartender since it's always been the same guy whenever I've come by) are friendly, nice, and ready to answer any and all your questions.
The inside atmosphere feels very down-to-earth. Lots of picnic type tables with board games, books, pinball machines, etc.
I haven't had any of the food yet, but honestly the menu really hasn't appealed to me at all. I've head that they just started serving food so maybe as it grows they will have more/better of a selection. I have also heard rumors that you can have food delivered there for you and/or bring in take-out. Not sure how long that will last if they now have their own kitchen.
I really like their Erie IPA. The Meads are apparently a specialty of theirs and seem really interesting (although admittedly I have not been brave enough to try).
Overall, I love that there is a chill spot near us that truly feels like a neighborhood beer bar for the Cedar/Lee - University Heights/Cleveland Heights area.
