  • My landlords chose John's to maintain the AC in my house. It was a great choice! The times I have needed them to come and fix the system, plus the annual maintenance, everyone has been polite, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Taylor, the tech who came out multiple times for the most recent fix, explained everything that was going on and did a fantastic job. The main office kept me informed of when the crew would arrive and each time the techs got here early in the scheduled window. I only have positive things to say about this company.
